We are hiring a Line Cook to join our team!
We’re looking for a passionate Line Cook to join our team! For two of our locations - The Pilot and Bar Wellington.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of kitchen experience
- Comfortable working grill and fryer stations
- Experience across a range of cuisines
- Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
- Strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
Proactive, dependable, and solution-focused - A true team player who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen
- Willingness to work late nights and weekends
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing high-quality dishes according to our Head Chef’s recipes and standards
- Running grill, fryer, and other kitchen stations with confidence
- Keeping your station clean, organized, and service-ready
- Working closely with our BOH team to deliver smooth, efficient service
- Jumping in where needed — because teamwork makes the dream work
